Payment Policy
Order your merchandise in one of three ways:

  • Log onto frankfordbike.com, our highly secure web-site.
  • Mail the order to Frankford Bicycle, Inc, 964 N. State St., Girard, OH 44420.
  • Fax the order to (330) 545-0391. (Note: Faxed orders will require payment before shipment will occur.)

We welcome orders from outside of the continental United States, provided the payment is in the form of U.S. charge or currency. Credit card companys will automatically calculate currency.

Orders are shipped UPS ground from our Girard, OH store. Orders to Canada or to Alaska or Hawaii require shipment via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges may vary slightly.

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. (Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will not ship until the following Business Day. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00, Eastern Standard Time, will ship the same day, if in stock. All other orders will ship the following business day. Larger items or orders may require additional processing time.) If something is not in stock, we will try to inform you of the back order status, estimate the shipping date and give you the chance to rescind your order.

Estimated shipping days given over the phone or via UPS maps are from time of shipment, not time of order.

We typically don’t offer current product catalogs, and our online packing slips are paperless e-mail ONLY for environmental reasons. Please save the online slip to your hard drive and/or print a copy if necessary.

Privacy Policy
When you shop online at frankfordbike.com, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Frankford Bicycle, Inc. is “anti-spam” and will not use unethical promotional methods. We use “SSL” servers for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.

Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the Internet. Also, your customer data is considered private and will not be sold or shared with any outside interests.

Shipping Policy
Any damaged shipment must be reported immediately to our customer service department at 1-800-621-3593. (Claims 30 days after delivery can not be processed.)

Frankford Bicycle will work with you to correct the problem. In the rare occasion the product is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will work as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

Also, any problems with shipping be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately in order to put a claim in with the shipping company.

This means upon arrival of the product or within several days of a failed delivery. If you are concerned about a delivery or possible damage please call our service department at 1-800-621-3593. The customer is responsible for tracking the package through the UPS code, checking on their order through their FBI online account and calling customer service to alert us to a possible failed delivery. ( Claims after 30 days can not be processed.)

Our shipping charges are in relation to the total dollar amount of the order.

Back-Ordered Items
Typically, back-ordered items come back into stock within 7 days of the item being back-ordered. Certain special order and hard-to-find items may take longer. All back-orders ship as soon as the item comes back into stock.

Return Policy
Frankford Bicycle, Inc. will grant full refunds (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 30 days after the purchase date. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. You (the consumer) are responsible for return shipping and handling costs if the order was shipped correctly. If the order has been mis-shipped, we claim our fault.

If the product has been opened and/or used, a 15-25% restocking fee will apply. The percentage charged is dependent upon the product and the condition. If an item is returned or exchanged, you (the consumer) are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.

Once a product has been assembled or installed, absolutely no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Special orders and videos cannot be returned.

Product Warranty
Most of the items available on our web site are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions regarding the warranty associated with any product, please check the product descriptions or call our customer service department at 1-800-621-3593.

If you have questions about the warranty for any product purchased from Frankford Bicycle, Inc., please contact our customer service department at 1-800-621-3593. If any product sold by Frankford Bicycle, Inc. fails within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer directly. Frankford Bicycle, Inc. will act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer’s warranty center if you would prefer.

Ultimately, the warranty is between you and the manufacturer. If the product fails after the warranty period is over, you must contact the manufacturer for help.

If there are any defects with the product you have ordered from Frankford Bicycle, Inc., please contact us immediately. Claims after 30 days from purchase can not be processed unless they fall under the manufacturers warranty, in which case the manufacturer will need to be contacted. Frankford Bicycle, Inc. will work with you to correct the problem, and/or we will work as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

Unlisted Items
If there is a product you have in mind that isn’t listed on our website, CALL US! We can usually get a lot of hard-to-find items or high-dollar items that we don’t always advertise. If you don’t see it with us, call 1-800-621-3593, and someone will help you.

Location
We’re located at the same location we’ve been at for over two decades! 964 North State St. Girard, OH 44420. Our newly expanded store is easy to spot from any direction. (NOTE: On maps, State St. is State Route 422) If you need driving directions enroute, call us at 1-800-621-3593, and one of our employees will guide you in.

If you’re interested in visiting, there’s a lot of great locations in the area to ride. Several indoor skateparks include Vertigo Skatepark and Stomping Grounds, both within a fifteen minute driving distance. CAMBA has a number of regularily maintained trails within minutes of our store as well for the mountain bikers. Our local road racing club can assist you with all the best spots to ride your road bike. There are a number of local restaurants and bars to keep you entertained in the evenings, and hotels start at $40/night within five minutes of the shop! Come see us!

T-Shirt Colors
Unfortunately, most apparel manufacturers change the color of t-shirts with each batch so t-shirt color varies day to day (excluding higher-end jerseys). You may specifiy a color preference via email or order comments, and we will try to match it wherever possible. You can always call to find out what is presently in stock as well.
